THE LOCATION DESCRIPTION IN CADASTRAL MUNICIPALITIES OF BOBOVO, KRUŠEVO AND HOĆEVINA PLJEVLJA, MONTENEGRO, WITH ALL POTENTIAL AND EXPLOITATIONAL POSSIBILITIES

GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION

Concerned locations are set on the territory of the municipality of Pljevlja, and geographically cover northwestern part of Montenegro. Considering the size, it is in the third place in the Republic. They cover the area of 1346 km2, which is historically and timely affirmed to be the famous merchant, craft, tourist, agricultural, animal husbandry, industrial, mining, woodworking, multinational and multireligious territory of Montenegro, with humid continental climate.

The population is nationally and religiously intertwined.

 

However, Muslim population prevails.

 

As conquerors, the Turks abandoned these areas in 1913. Up until then, they had been managing the exploitational resources of this location. In the period of the Ottoman Empire, Pljevlja was called Taslidza and was the center of the Sandzak region. It was the granary and center of the Sanjak of Herzegovina in the middle ages.

The municipality of Pljevlja is one of the rare municipalities to possess various natural resources, forests, ores and minerals. There are the biggest coal, lead, zinc, silver, copper, barit, iron, marl, quartz, limestone, marble and mercury sites. There is the biggest complex of Montenegrin pinophyta in the entire Republic, the largest mass of pine stands, vast area of arable land. According to some findings, ores of lead, zinc, silver and mercury were exploited in the middle ages, in the Pljevlja area.

 

Agricultural potentials are essential, as well. Agricultural areas cover 69639, from which 10308 are arable land areas, whereas the rest are meadows and pastures. The big part of the pasture in total agricultural fund of the land contributed to the animal husbandry development, thus to the ecological food production, which is a traditional occupation in this area. There is over 15 % potential of the Republic’s animal husbandry fund in the Pljevlja area. Except for mineral resources, forests have a great potential in Pljevlja area. In Pljevlja area, there is 58000 hectares of forests and the volume of the available wood mass proceeds nine million cubic meters. The annual wood mass increase is 243000, whereas the yearly cutting is approximately 150 thousand cubic meters. Over 80 % of wood mass is exported outside the municipality area, as well as the Republic.

The total land and facilities area is 1.761.353 m2, which is the object of offer. 603 m2 is under facilities, without floor development.

 

The whole land in question borders with the state land, therefore, in the case of the need to enlarge current location areas, there will not be any repurchase problems.

 

1.600.000 m2 is the land in one piece, conjoined cadastral parcels K.O. Kruševo and K.O. Bobovo. The remaining areas are pastures, meadows used for hay and agriculture, as well as, collection stations with stores. The complete asset was agricultural and animal husbandry cooperative. As such, it used to produce ecological food, meat, cereals, deal with animal husbandry and day trips in tourism… as well as, wood cutting and processing. The stores used to sell produced products and, at the same time, buy off meat, milk, cheese, honey and medicinal herbs, from the people who otherwise deal with cheese, milk, fresh and permanently dry meat production. Roast meat, sujuk. Buying off and processing of lambskin, calfskin, and cow skin, as well as, sheep wool. All products from this area are certified and have market protection provided by international certificates,
